Reflect is a great book that will take you out of your comfort zone and make you see yourself for all your positive and negative qualities. More than that, it will help you to understand where you are in life, where you want to end up, and what you need to do to make that happen. Sometimes these will be little changes, but other times you will need to face a harsh reality that you have turned a blind eye to and make some big changes if you want to become and achieve what you really want. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to reflect on their own life and make some changes that will have a big impact later on. The book is organized well which makes it easy to move from one topic to the next and take away the great lessons that are included.

When I first jumped into reading this, I didn't know I'd be idolizing the author so much--I loved the entirety of the book, finding myself grinning all throughout because I couldn't agree more with most of what she said in the book. It's not every day I get to read a book from someone who shares the same perspective as me, but surprise! I found this book. I love every bit of this book, and I swear to whoever plans on reading this, I assure you that you won't regret buying this and that by the end of the book, you'll somehow rediscover yourself with a new perspective on how you view everything. Absolutely a MUST-read!

I extremely love this book. It was right on time when someone recommended this book to me. It helps the reader like me literally reflect on one's perspective in life as well as how we present ourselves. When we can see ourselves clearly, everything else becomes clear – including our very own purpose in this world, which I completely agree with. The author gets you thinking and really reflect on how you have been running your life. I would recommend this book to those who are trying to find themselves, stuck in a rut or just trying to be better in life.
